Fullfillment phase, here is where all the compents are put together into the final product.  Notice how much room was left over.   I will have all future boxes shorter in height, with a cardboard divider to hold the pieces in place.  Why did this happen?  I had the game in production before the pieces arrived via the container shipment from China and not knowing the exact size of the 4 bags of chess pieces, I made the box as large as possible to accomodate.  When the pieces arrived, they were smaller than anticipated.  Don't get me wrong they are perfect size for the game board!! Hmmm... could this mean these 500 will be a collectors item someday due to this 1st run error? "Only time will tell" - Johnny M Wahl
