Building homes in Canton, Georgia. Responsible from grading of lots to closing of homes. Responsibilities included: supervising subcontractors, payroll, scheduling, and keeping in budget, and stage building to guarantee closings on time. Implemented change orders and order requests. As project manager of Riverwalk Town Homes in Canton, Ga, responsibilities for bidding, hiring subcontractors and scheduling this 23 town home project in three separate buildings. Proposed the budget for the loan application, all paperwork, meetings, and inspections with Canton’s City Council/building officials.

Responsible for design, implementation and daily maintenance of all servers, PCs for over 750 users. Helped design and implement moving entire department to newer building to connect to main server room via FDDI. Tape backups for all servers via Arcserve and Veritas software. Installed COMPAQ SANS (Storage Area Network Solution) for both critical production Novell (backbone) and NT servers. Installed Clustering Exchange Server. Designed and implemented Cisco wireless base hubs for entire campus at Corporate Square for CDC connectivity via laptops, moveable desktops.
